The Lasallian Vocation is a rich and inclusive one. It certainly includes the vocation to become a De La Salle Christian Brother, but the Lasallian Culture of Vocation also invites all educators to a deeper exploration of their call to touch the hearts of the young people entrusted to their care.

The Brothers Vocation

St. John Baptist de La Salle founded the Brothers of the Christian Schools in France 340 years ago. Since then the Brothers have expanded to 80 countries around the world and have touched the hearts of countless students and transformed their lives through education. Come and find out whether God might be calling you to become a Brother.

The Lasallian Vocation.

The Brothers have been sharing their charism with their educational colleagues, called Lasallian Partners, for many years. Inspired and welcomed by the De La Salle Christian Brothers, Lasallian Partners share in the responsibility of bringing salvation to the lives of their students. Find out more about what it means to be a Lasallian educator.
