RELAN  Regional Formation Programs

This intensive program explores Saint John Baptist de La Salle’s writings, helping modern educators deepen their understanding of Lasallian heritage and its impact on contemporary education. Over three years, participants engage in two-week summer courses aimed at strengthening mission connection, inspiring faith, and enhancing leadership skills.

This two-year Regional formation program focuses on deepening participants’ understanding of Saint John Baptist de La Salle’s story and vision, Lasallian pedagogy, and the Lasallian promotion of justice and spirituality while utilizing contemporary texts to inform and influence current and future Lasallian practice.

Established in 2004, LSJI provides experiential, educational, and reflective programs to foster solidarity with the poor, aligning with Lasallian commitments to education, children's rights, and the Gospel’s vocation.

An annual gathering of Lasallian educators to convene on innovative educational issues. Open to all Lasallian faculty and staff, it includes keynote addresses, panel presentations, breakout sessions, and prayer services, drawing on scholars from both inside and outside the Lasallian tradition.

Each year, the LASSCA Conference provides an opportunity for chief administrators of Lasallian schools to gather. Together, they develop camaraderie and share best practices on a given theme in order to advance innovations in teaching, technology, and scholarship for their students.

An initiative of the Christian Brothers, Twinning encourages districts to aid those in need. RELAN middle and secondary schools team up with 15 ministries in Kenya, Nigeria, Eritrea, and Ethiopia to mutually support their faith and education goals.

International Programs

Online Formation gives faculty and staff of all levels a basic understanding of our shared charism. Each year focuses on a different theme, with work split between two semesters. This ongoing Formation ensures all Partners in the mission remain knowledgeable, committed, and zealous.

LWH, started by the Brothers of the Christian Schools, empowers women on their Lasllian education journeys. Working at grassroots levels, LWH offers sustainable solutions to gender-based educational inequities.
