About Us: De La Salle Blackfeet School is a tuition-free, private Catholic school in Browning, Montana. It serves the educational needs of the Blackfeet Nation. Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Volunteer to assist with maintaining and updating our database using Blackbaud, a leading cloud software solution for non-profits. This is an excellent opportunity to support De La Salle Blackfeet School's mission by contributing to the efficiency of our operations and helping us better serve our students and community.
Key Responsibilities:
● Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in Blackbaud software.
● Verify and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
● Assist with organizing and categorizing information related to donations, student records, and school operations.
● Collaborate with staff to address any data discrepancies.
● Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy regulations.
Qualifications:
● Proficiency in using computer systems, including database software (experience with Blackbaud is a plus).
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
● Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members remotely.
● Commitment to the mission and values of De La Salle Blackfeet School.
Time Commitment:
● 5–10 hours per week (flexible scheduling).
● Minimum commitment of 3 months preferred.
