Thomas Halligan AFSC

Rev. Thomas Halligan was granted Diplomas of Affiliation from the Superior General, Brother Philipe, and his Council in Rome on September 10, 1871. Rev. Thomas Halligan was recommended for admission to the Institute by the Brothers of Peoria and Chicago, Illinois. Rev. Thomas Halligan died on April 5, 1876,
